Technical support has one of the highest burnout rates of any field. The average Bob lasts a mere eighteen months.

There is a reason for this.

So far all I have is the Tech Support Call Simulator.

At some point in the future[0] there will be more content here, mainly tech support humor and recovery. Until then, read the FAQ.

[0] Future: when I have some spare time[1], and I'm done sharpening my axe collection.
[1]Could somebody fill me in on this? I've heard about it but never experienced it firsthand.
